Unlike Bonnymede’s “tropical style” architecture, Montecito Shores has Spanish style and every building in Montecito Shores is three stories.
Each building consists of three towers, so there are no common walls between the units in Montecito Shores and every unit is single level. There is a common subterranean garage under each building, and each condo gets 2 assigned parking spots.
